We are a baumkuchen speciality shop. We use selected ingredients such as eggs produced in Nikko, wheats produced in North Kanto and rare “Calpis Butter” and bake each layer by layer carefully.
We have “Rock Baumkuchen” inspired by the dynamic Kinugawa valley and fluffy and moist “Hachiya Baumkuchen”. You can also enjoy “Hachiya Baumkuchen Soft Serve Icecream”that puts Tochiotome strawberry soft serve icecream on Hachiya baumkuchen in-store.
