Morning: Physical Exercises / Stretching Yoga
Time: approximately 1 hour

Venue: inside accommodation or parking lot
The more you do posing and stretching which place a load
to your body, the more your METs go up.
Noon: Hiking at Ryuo-kyo Gorge
Time: 10am to 3pm (about 2hours to 4hours)
